Payment procedure

Step 1 :

You confirm your booking on this website by completing the reservation steps. The order will be send to our headoffice

Step 2 :

We secure the vehicle(s) for you. If there is no availability we will try to offer a comparable alternative

Step 3 :

We send you a confirmation with invoice and booking number by e-mail

Step 4 :

You send us your payment, see payment options below (we do not accept credit card payments)

Step 5 :

10 days prior to departure from Europe / UK we will send you a voucher by e-mail after we have received applicable payment

Payment schedule for bookings up to 2 months prior to travel:
$ 500 (in euro’s) or approximately 10% deposit for Apollo vehicles. For Apollo rentals the balance must be paid at pick up in Australia or New Zealand. For other companies we will send you a reminder 2 months prior to travel for the balance which needs to be received by us at least 6 weeks prior to pick up date. Insurance and extras need to be paid for at pick up (With some inclusive rates it is compulsory to prepay the full amount).

Payment schedule for bookings within 6 weeks prior to travel:
Full payment (in euro’s) or approximately 10% deposit for Apollo vehicles. For Apollo rentals the balance must be paid at pick up in Australia or New Zealand. For other companies insurance and extras need to be paid for at pick up (with some inclusive rates it is compulsory to prepay the full amount).
